Merry Christmas!

I worked today, so my Christmas was pretty uneventful, but Doug will be coming down tomorrow to see me! This little guy was sitting in a basket by the tv with some overalls on, and I wanted to see if the clothes came off lol so I took off the overalls and lo and behold, he was wearing Christmas boxers with candy canes! I thought he was super cute:)

Happy Birthday Dinner at Nosh

After B's wedding, Doug and I met my parents at a new resteraunt called Nosh! It's a place that has a bunch of appetizers, and you just order a bunch and pass them around the table! It's pretty good!

Blowing out the candles on the carrot cake my mom made me for my birthday!

25th Bday!

So I swear birthdays are starting to get very uneventful the older I get! Hehe...I didn't spend my 25th with my gf's or lack there of lol or drinking; I went to Red Robin(a tradition) tonight with my parents for dinner. Doug wasn't able to make it until late, but he bought me a cheesecake and put these candles on it and sang happy birthday to me:) It was sweet!
My sweet sister got me my very first ipod nano for my birthday/christmas and my parents bought me a cd player/docker for the ipod!

Christmas Lights

Today, Doug had to work for his dad and put up Christmas lights, so I just hung out in Fort Collins, while he did that, then I met him for dinner and to look at the work he'd been doing all day! Here are just a few pictures of some of the big trees he decorated!

Chicken Pesto Alfredo, a fire and Smore's

So after the Thanksgiving dinner that I made for Doug, he had an idea that he wanted me to come up to his house in Fort Collins and he would cook for me! I didn't think he was serious, but Sat. after Thanksgiving, he went home and cleaned his house from top to bottom, borrowed a cookbook from a roomate (that had never been used of course) and decided to cook me dinner. When I called him to tell him I was close to his house, he said that he was buying a couple bottles of wine and that he'd meet me at the grocery store so we could buy the groceries and cook together! I was shocked! We shopped for our groceries, and then we both made dinner together! I was a little worried how it'd turn out, but it was amazing and delicous! For dinner we shared a bottle of wine. And then, Doug flipped the couch around to face the fireplace, and made a fire and we roasted marshmallows and made smore's! I was shocked at the romanticness of it all that I was almost expecting him to pull out a ring;) haha

An artsy picture of us roasting our marshmallows! I love this picture

I looked over to the wall, when we were cuddling on the couch in front of the fire and saw this awesome shadow of the wine bottles!

Overall, my bf shocked me tonight! And the next morning he even made egg and ham breakfast sandwiches! :)Wow what a provider!
