On the way to the Royal Gorge, my Mom and I decided to stop off at a place called The Winery at Holy Cross Abbey for some wine tasting! The wine tasting wasn't actually IN the Abbey, but there was a small building next to it for the tasting.
This was just a cool old building that was beside the Abbey as well

I didn't take too many pictures of the front of the Abbey, but it was beautiful on the outside!
They actually have church services that you can attend!
The inside of the Abbey was slightly modernized, but they still had some of the old rooms decorated the way they were when the nuns used to stay in them. We were only allowed to go through the lower level.
